XMF Flare

The XMF Flare is a specialized version of the XMF LED Flasher, designed to alert ROV/AUV operators of potential issues with their vehicles. The XMF Flare comes with a bottom-mounted, normally closed relay switch. When power is supplied from the vehicle via cable, the relay remains open, cutting power to the Flare. If the vehicle encounters an issue and power is lost, the relay is closed and the Flare turns on and operates according to its user programmable settings. The ultra-bright LED (available in multiple colour options), provides unparalleled visibility in even the worst conditions.

XMF Mini

The XMF Mini is a compact version of the XMF, powered by 3 CR123A Lithium batteries. The XMF Mini retains all the operational characteristics of the regular XMF, but is designed for shorter-term, near-shore subsurface deployments. The ultra-bright LED (available in multiple colour options), provides unparalleled visibility in even the worst conditions and the reliability provided by our solid state surface sensor is a significant improvement over mechanical methods.

Petrel

The Petrel is designed for short range tracking and recovery of your high value oceanographic equipment while at sea. The AIS-Compatible beacon’s location will be displayed on a vessel’s chart plotter when in sufficient range, no other tracking software or equipment is required. Ships already have AIS receivers and electronic charting displays, so having an AIS-compatible beacon makes recovery of assets at sea much easier for the crew.

Roby

The ROBY is a re-usable surface tracker with antennas and user replaceable batteries. Information can be received via plaintext email and/or monitored using XeosOnlineTM, a web-based monitoring software providing map level positioning and history. 2-way communication via Iridium allows for remote changes to the watch circle settings or reporting intervals. Trust OSKER & ROBY to bring you the information you need when you need it most.

Brizo wave monitoring using GNSS

The Brizo is a highly accurate (1 cm, 3°) directional wave height sensor for placement on moored buoys. Utilizing the lowest power, all signal Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver for measurements, the Brizo can relay parameters and spectra for wave periods of 1.6 to 33 seconds on an under 1 W power budget.

Brizo X

The Brizo-X Directional Wave Height Sensor utilizes Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) to measure wave statistics. Since the Brizo-X does not use a compass or accelerometer, no calibration is required. The sensor is housed in a fully Weather and Waterproof Enclosure for the most rugged environments. The sensor runs autonomously and can output over RS-232 or send messages over one of the embedded telemetry options available.
